Refund Policy

1. Once you have submitted your application through our website, it is assumed, accepted and agreed that we will begin the document review immediately and we will email you if there is any additional requirements needed or you may check your visa status to find out.

2. In case you decided to request a cancelation and seek for return of money, before the application’s submission to Singapore Immigration, you can drop us an email at visa@singapore-visa.sg. But please bear in mind, that there will be an appropriate amount deducted by service Charge of 15USD each applicant.

3. There will be no refundable amount to all users who have made their application through this website in case of any Visa denial upon Singapore Immigration / High Commission or Government’s decision.

4. Visa fees are also non-refundable if you choose not to use or you wish to cancel your visa as service has already been accomplished.

5. Once Visa is approved and you have missed your tours or you missed the driver at the pick up point it is non-refundable but can be used within 6 months prior from the visa approval.

6. For all Airport pick-up and Drop off, If you have not sent us your final tickets and hotel and we missed to pick you then we cannot refund it, but you may use on the next 6 months prior from the visa approval.

7. Kindly note that refund process will take 25 business days. If you did not receive refund within this time frame, please contact us for the status.
